I believe that our relationships can be sites of powerful healing.

As a therapist it is an honour to work alongside couples, families and individuals as their relationships - to one another, to others, to themselves - transform. It is through this transformation that we come to better understand ourselves and create new ways of being that are more compassionate, empathetic and generative.

Prior to becoming a therapist I spent a decade working in sexual health education. I wrote and facilitated conversations about sexuality with the intention of healing shame and creating spaces of inclusion. My work as a therapist continues in this vein, and I am dedicated to bringing a stance of non-judgmental openness to the therapy room.

I am a person with a physical disability, and as such I have spent my life thinking critically about systems of power and privilege. I believe that therapy is justice-doing work and I advocate for and resist alongside clients.

I hold a Masters of Science in Couple & Family Therapy from the University of Guelph and I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
